About Zeon
The operational backbone for coaching centers — AI-powered course creation, multi-branch management, and deep student analytics. All under one roof. Zeon is designed for coaching centers and training institutes — especially programs preparing students for HSC, SSC, and competitive admission exams — not for generic school districts that maintain their own IT departments.
Each institute runs on its own subdomain with role-based access for owners, admins, teachers, and students. Owners configure branches, batches, and staff; teachers run day-to-day classes, assignments, live sessions, and AI-assisted grading workflows; students and parents interact through the institute portal for schedules, fees, and results.
Zeon combines learning management (content, quizzes, live classes) with operations software (attendance, analytics, fees, messaging, calendar). AI features — course and quiz generation, answer-script copy checking — sit inside the same permissions model as the rest of the product, with teachers approving what ships to batches.
The product is built as multi-tenant SaaS: your data is isolated to your institute tenant, with server-side enforcement on every API request. Marketing and application hosts are split (zeon.so for the public site, app.zeon.so for authenticated dashboards) so crawlers and new visitors get a fast public experience while institute work stays behind Google OAuth sign-in.
If you operate a coaching center in Bangladesh or run multi-branch admission and board-exam batches, Zeon is meant to be the single workspace your team logs into every morning — not a pile of chat groups, spreadsheets, and disconnected video links.
